my Debit Card work as payment?
A debit card is acceptable for payment but
many have limit restrictions. You may need to notify
your bank to get them to approve the amount of
purchase.

credit card wasn't accepted. Why?
There could be several reasons. The most
common mistake is just accidentally entering the
wrong numbers or expiration date. Double check for
accuracy and try again. Second, make sure the
billing address for the card matches the one you've
entered on the website. Third, some banks set
maximum spend limits for a single transaction. You
may need to check with your bank to get approval for
the purchase amount in advance.

Is
it possible to use more than one credit card for
payment?
You can always put your deposit on one credit
card and make final payment with a different credit
card. If you want to put either the deposit or final
payment on more than one card, you would need to
call us and we will be happy to process the payment
on more than one card.

When
is my final payment due?
Final payments are due 45 days prior to
travel. Your e-mail confirmation and the invoice you
will receive in the mail will indicate the actual
final payment date for your trip. We will contact
you prior to the final payment date as a reminder.
Regardless of booking made within 30 days, Full
payment shall be required.

cruising affordable and a good vacation value?
Yes! There are cruise vacations to suit every
budget, from the cost-conscious to the most
luxurious. Even more important, a cruise offers the
best travel value for your money. Your fare includes
all meals, your cabin, onboard daytime activities,
nighttime parties and entertainment. So for once,
you'll know what your vacation will end up costing
you before you go. (Your only extra expenses will be
drinks, gratuities, optional shore excursions, and
personal services such as massage or hairstyling.)

Are
there different classes of service?
Today's cruise ships are "one-class."
Everyone can use all of the ship's facilities. The
price of a cabin is based primarily on its size and
location. Regardless of the category you book,
you'll enjoy the same courteous service, menus,
activities, and entertainment as everyone else on
board.

Can
I book a cruise online for someone else?
Yes. Please note that the cruise documents and
any e-mail correspondence will be sent to the
address listed in the billing information section.
If you wish to have the tickets sent elsewhere,
please call our Customer Care department and we will
be happy to assist.
If you are booking a cruise online for another
individual, please make sure you have the legal
names and birthdates prior to beginning the online
booking process. This will help you avoid any name
change fees that may be imposed by the cruise line

there be people like me?
There's no such thing as a typical cruise
passenger! All kinds of people take cruises now...
all ages... from all walks of life... singles,
couples and families.

How
old do you have to be to take a cruise?
Guests under the age of 21 must be
accompanied by a parent, grandparent or guardian 25
years of age or older. In other words, two 21 year
olds can travel together, but a 22 year old and a 20
year old cannot cruise even if they turn 21 during
the cruise.

How
many people can I put in one cabin?
Most cruises (ie: Halong Bay) have cabins
that can accommodate up to 2 adults in one standard
cabin except for river cruises where staterooms can
accommodate up to 3 or 4 persons (triple and quad
occupancy). There are limited numbers of triple
cabins. If you have a need for a cabin that
accommodates more than two people, we strongly
encourage you to book as far in advance as possible
as these cabins sell out before any of the others.

reservation was confirmed. What happens next?
First of all, you will receive an e-mail
confirmation of booking your cruise online. Second,
a customer service representative will send you an
electronic invoice altogether with cruise voucher to
make sure that your booking is definately secured
with us.

Should
I tip my crew members, tour guide or driver?
Tipping is a matter of individual
preference.
Extending a gratuity to crew members, your guide or
driver is strictly optional; however, in some
countries, these personnel may anticipate that if
you were pleased with their services, you will
reward them in a monetary way.

there medical services onboard?
Virtually every cruise ship (except for some
smaller vessels operating in coastal waters) has a
fully-equipped medical facility and staff to handle
almost any emergency.

there laundry services aboard?

much more to remember forever. Most cruises provide
special services with welcome champagne, rose

we celebrate a "special" day?
Absolutely! Most cruise lines will even
treat you to a complimentary cake and a chorus of
Happy Whatever to honor the occasion. Your birthday
or anniversary can be more festive with champagne,
flowers, canapes, wine or cheese. You can even
arrange for a special private party. All you have to
do is advise us in advance.

I'm single, do I have to share a cabin?
No, you do not have to share a cabin with
anyone. However, cruise cabin prices are determined
by "double occupancy." In other words, you
will be paying extra to have your own room. The good
news is that some cruise lines offer lower singles
rates. Check with your travel agent or cruise line
for more information.

Can
I book for a group, wedding, or other special
occasion?
Yes, cruise lines can accommodate groups,
weddings, and other special-occasion travel. You may
wish to work with a travel agent to coordinate
complicated arrangements. Most cruise lines offer
special packages for onboard weddings or vow
renewals, so be sure to investigate all options.

does my cruise fare include? What's not included?
Your cruise fare includes your stateroom,
meals, onboard activities, entertainment, and
transportation from port to port. Usually, your only
extra expenses will be alcoholic drinks, soft
drinks, optional shore excursions, gratuities, and
personal services such as those for spa and hair
& nail care.

I get a special diet?
Most ships can accommodate salt-free,
low-carbohydrate, low cholesterol, Kosher, or other
diet preferences. However, this request must be made
in advance, so be sure to advise your agent when you
book your cruise.

I buy pre- or post-cruise packages?
Yes, you can buy a pre- or post-cruise
package that can include airfare, hotel stays, and

there non-smoking areas?
Virtually all ships have smoking and
non-smoking sections in the public rooms and on
deck. In fact, many dining rooms, and even some
entire ships, are now totally smoke-free, reflecting
passenger requests.

is a Shore Excursion?
Shore excursions guided tours (can be
optional) in a cruise ship's port of call. They are
offered in almost all cruise ports and cities and
are a great way to enhance your cruise experience by
allowing you seeing more of the places you visit.
Shore excursions highlight the best local
attractions and sight-seeing opportunities; the best
places to shop; and, give the cruise passenger a
chance to experience the local culture.

The amount you plan in advance depends on
what time of year you want to cruise and how much
time you have. If your heart is set on a particular
cruise and itinerary, it is best to plan as far in
advance as possible, particularly if you are
traveling during the busy holiday, spring break, or
summer seasons. Many customers book cruises over a
year in advance because they prefer the higher-class
cabins that sell out rather quickly. However, if you
like to travel on a whim, last-minute cruises offer
great bargains—just don't expect to get the best
cabins.
